We have reserved blocks of rooms and secured discounted rates at several hotels near the conference venue. You can book and pay for your room in advance through the "Registration" tab on this Indico website. Please note that room reservations are not confirmed without advance payment. Major payment methods, such as credit card (visa, mastercard), WeChat, Alipay, etc. are accepted.
As the number of rooms is limited, we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible. Cancellation policies for each hotel are listed in the detailed information below. If you prefer to stay at a hotel not listed here, you will need to make your own arrangements.
